Burkina Faso Mennonites baptize 28 on Pentecost Sunday

"Our family is growing!" Siaka Traoré announced with jubilation. "We celebrated God’s goodness in Eglise Evangélique Mennonite du Burkina Faso (Evangelical Mennonite Church of Burkina Faso) on Pentecost Sunday, May 23."

Mennonites gathered in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, to baptize 28 believers from three congregations — 12 from Belle Ville, five from Colma and 11 from Kodeni. The baptism service was followed by the church family sharing communion with its newest members.
