I work as the coordinator for ventures, supporting senior executive Marisa Smucker, as she leads the Ventures division, made up of the global partnerships, constituent engagement, and training and resources departments. I work in the Elkhart, Indiana, office. Prior to serving the ventures division, I assisted the international ministries department for 18 years. It has been a privilege to work in an environment where we hear what God, God’s church, partners and mission workers are doing all around the world.
I am a graduate of Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary and pastored for five years. My earlier work included being the director of a domestic violence shelter and working in a drug and alcohol treatment program. I enjoy silent retreats, animals especially dogs and goats traveling, meeting new people, walking including labyrinths trying new foods, and baking.
