Needed: Flexible
Function: In Chile, a growing number of congregations and conferences are in a process of discovering or rediscovering Anabaptist roots. They have asked for accompaniment in this process. This would most ideally involve some direct Anabaptist teaching, and also networking with resource people within Chile and the broader Latin American context.
Term: Preferably 3 years, but willing to explore possibilities with professors or pastors on sabbatical.
Language: Spanish language skills
Position Specific Qualifications: Some seminary training; pastoral heart; cross-cultural sensitivity; Anabaptist theological commitment; teaching experience; member of an Anabaptist or Mennonite Church USA congregation.
