Church of Christ in Thailand District 20 Hmong

Mission Network partners with CCT District 20 to facilitate ministry within the Hmong communities, into other parts of Thailand, and around the world.

In March 2016, Mission Network formalized a partnership arrangement with the Church of Christ in Thailand, specifically one segment of the national church, a group of ethnic Hmong churches known as "District 20". As the relationship of mutual exchange with Mennonites grew over the past ten years, leaders of the Hmong churches began to recognize that Anabaptist theology and principles aligned strongly with their own. The overall partnership goal is to jointly model and preach the good news of Jesus Christ so that all people may see and know God’s love, justice, peace and salvation. In formalizing the relationship with Mission Network, the Thai church recognizes the interest that its Hmong district holds in connecting with global Anabaptists, including Mennonite World Conference, a process that is underway.
