Here’s a form to help you share your photos and caption information. There’s a link to the photo upload location in the form.
Photo sharing tips:
1. High resolution photos are needed – photos you take yourself and save to your phone, not photos from social media or sent to you from others.
2. Photo file name - You’ll be asked for your name when you upload your photo – add your first name and a file name for the photo.
3. Limit 5 photos per form - If you have a few photos from the same event or with the same people, fill out one form and note how many photos it describes.
